​Our Purpose
Pathfinders is a dedicated organization committed to providing guidance and support to individuals facing challenges in their lives. We strive to empower those in need by offering resources, mentorship, and a compassionate community. Our story began with a vision to create pathways for individuals to find hope, resilience, and a brighter future. We believe that everyone deserves support, and our mission is to ensure that no one has to navigate their journey alone.
The purpose of the Pathfinders Community Resource Service Program is to help children, youth, and families find their path in life while uplifting them along the way.

To provide opportunities and development to avoid further involvement with the juvenile justice system

To provide structure and accountability for the students processed through the juvenile justice system

To monitor school attendance and academic progress

To reduce overall recidivism

To help students avoid detention or residential placement to help students avoid detention
or residential placement for non-payment of restitution owed to the courts.
